Colin Sammons is an associate attorney at Floyd, Sammons & Spanjers, P.A. and a long-time Winter Haven resident. He graduated from Florida Southern College in 2005 and began his career working hands-on in real estate as a paralegal and real estate closing agent, a role he held for seven years. That on-the-ground experience shaped the way he practices today, with a focus on clear communication, careful documentation, and smooth closings.
Colin earned his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2018 and returned to serve clients in and around Winter Haven. His practice includes real estate transactions, probate, and simple estate planning. He regularly assists buyers, sellers, and families who want reliable guidance and a process that feels organized and manageable.
In addition to his legal work, Colin continues to work as a real estate closing agent and is a licensed title agent with Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. This combination of legal and title experience helps him anticipate common issues, coordinate efficiently with lenders and title professionals, and keep transactions moving toward closing day.
Colin is actively involved in the Winter Haven community. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Winter Haven and Endeavor Winter Haven, reflecting his commitment to the people and businesses that make Polk County home.
